North Puget Sound Presbytery

DESCRIPTION:
The North Puget Sound Presbytery is the oldest, and most highly respected Presbyterian organization in the Pacific Northwest. Not only have they maintained an ongoing, active and activist organization in Seattle, but they have been responsible for dozens of new churches throughout the region, the nation and the world. 

OBSTACLE:
The Puget Sound Presbytery was in charge of overseeing a myriad sites that were disconnected and difficult to manage. They needed a way to bring the operations under a single auspice while making it easier for the many administers to interface, while also increasing usability for end users. They also needed the ability to singly promote and collect on missions as diverse as the congregations they represented, and they had to do all this on a budget.  

SOLUTION:
Pathway Solutions consolidated the various sites into a single, uniform system using Pathway's custom developed integrated application. The result has been an empowering system as unique as each church, with as much content as each may wish to contribute, all of which can be run with ease by individuals throughout the region. Communication with the different churches under the Northwest Presbytery has increased dramatically since implementation. Churches are able to manage content and add missions for donation collections online through the Authorize.Net ecommerce donation center. Overall costs have been significantly reduced, effectiveness has dramatically increased, and end user satisfaction has led to tremendous gains in traffic, and ease of managing information between the churches, and participation from the ministers and congregation alike.
